The book i am currently reading is called 'Hit And Run' by Norah McClintock

In this book, the protagonist is a 15 year old boy named Mike. Mikes mother died when he was just eleven years old. His mother was killed In what he believed was all an accident, but when Mike and his ex-cop teacher start looking back on the case once more, Mike realizes this could of been much more than just an accident, and he could have trouble from this case just waiting for him. One major motif i found in this book was good vs. evil. the good being Mike and his teacher, and the evil being the murderer of Mike's mother.
